The item does not vibrate at all. Extremely disappointed and now the return date has passed 3 days ago.

My dogs freaked out. The noise and vibration were too much for any of the 3 of my dogs! Comes with a metal pick to pick off plaque. Tried that and now one of my dogs has a loose tooth from the pick.

Its true that when its on theres no noise or vibration, its activated when it touches their tooth, but it then also creates this super high pitch loud noise that scared my dog so much. His tail was tucked and he was shaking. Its also very easy if they move to knick their gum and cause bleeding…so in my attempt this item was both unsafe and anxiety causing. I do not recommended you buy this. I also will note i tried even the lowest setting. My dog would much prefer i manually scrape his tartar over this thing. For reference – i have a Dalmatian.

I tested it on a egg to show that this product either mall function or isn’t that powerfull as everybody suggests! I am returning this product because it is not effective at all. On other people’s videos the plaque actually comes off as with this one O actually have to apply heave pressure and even then nothing comes off. So disappointed ??

Great idea but it does make noise when you touch it to your dog’s teeth. Sounds like a regular human dental tool. Dog didn’t like it at all.

I was very disappointed in this product! When I tried it on my 8 year old Doxie because she has a lot of places on her teeth, it did not even remove any place I tried several times but it doesn’t put out enough power being Sonic

I never got to use it because it appeared that it didn’t work once turned on. Then after I returned it I got an email from China saying thats normal and once on the teeth it would work. I did touch it to something to see if that was the problem before returning it but nothing happened. The instructions are so small that you need a magnifying glass to read it. Also might want to say something about why it appears not to work.
